ABOUT ME
Passion to Inspire Others
Hi, I’m Nia Kustermann! I’ve been an athlete all my life, and after six years in the Marine Corps and working as a Wellness Coordinator and Personal Trainer at a behavioral health facility, I found my true passion: helping people reach their fitness goals.
I specialize in working with individuals in recovery from addiction, as well as those focused on weight loss, lifestyle changes, nutrition, and behavior change. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to recover from an injury—I had a major back injury while in the Marine Corps and underwent multiple surgeries. After years of struggling with chronic pain, I discovered that the gym provided me with more relief and comfort than any other method. This journey inspired me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition, and I’ve been guiding others on their fitness journeys since 2013.
A few fun facts about me: I was born on an Army base in South Korea, grew up in Minnesota, and now live in Phoenix, Arizona. Oh, and my favorite color is white! I’d love to help you achieve your goals and support you every step of the way.
